Unfortunately we cannot accept Medicare or Medicare eligible beneficiaries as Members at this time. Please fill out the Medicare Pre-registration form at the bottom of the page and you will be notified when we are accepting Medicare beneficiaries.

$85/month for each adult.

If  you have insurance already, you may keep it or change to catastrophic insurance.  However, we won’t bill the insurance company for our services so there will be no copays. If you don’t have insurance, consider getting catastrophic insurance.

$75/month for each adult.

$20/month for each child.

Children must have at least one parent membership. If you have insurance already, you may keep it or change to catastrophic insurance.  However, we won’t bill the insurance company for our services so there will be no copays. If you don’t have insurance, consider getting catastrophic insurance.

$60/month for each adult

Employers must have at least 5 employees to qualify for this rate. Employers may pay the benefit for their employees or deduct the fee from their check. Please contact us directly to set up your employer group.
